Drop Off & Pickup Procedures

The attached map shows where you can park, where you cannot park, or for Valley View where you can't stop.

Please also note drop off times:

Prior to 8:15 am, students may not be on campus unless they are in a morning program: Learns or Adventures. Please sign up if you need this.

8:15 am to 8:30 am, students must be in the cafeteria. There is no outside supervision at that time.

- students MAY be in the cafeteria from 8:15 am - 8:45 am.

- parents/guardians may not be in the cafeteria during times when students are eating        due to health/safety codes.

8:30 am - 8:45 am students may be on the playground; staff supervision will be present.

For the first two weeks of school, Aug. 19 - Aug. 30, parents/guardians may walk students onto campus playgrounds to teacher pick up locations. Please do not enter buildings with the class as they head to their rooms.

Valley View is signed NO Stopping zone except for school buses. Drop off and pick up here are is walk up only. Park across the street, on Denair, or downhill from the staff parking lot. 

Valley View is where buses for Special Needs students pick up. Please be courteous to these students who need the extra support.

Car Line on Hastings Ranch, drop off/pick up ONLY - this is a no parking zone; do not leave your car.

Kinder/TK Car Line - You may drop off/pick up at top of Car Line; please do not leave the car to do so.

The Car Line Exception is for special needs students in Rm. 12 or. If a student in this room has ambulatory issues, you may get out and assist the child in getting to the gate. Once they are with the teacher/aide, return immediately to your car so car line can flow smoothly.
